The modern stamp pad ink 191 is suitable for almost all non-porous surfaces. It dries fast (3 to 4 minutes) on these materials, but stays moist and fresh on the pad for weeks. The first fast drying ink, which can be used in a self-inker wit felt-inlay.
NOT suitable for PE/PP.
